11th Annual Toys-4-Tots Race

Registration:
A "T" shirt is
guaranteed to all entrants who pre-register on
or before September 11, 2010. Make sure your size is circled on the registration
form. All other entrants will receive a “T” shirt based on a first
come, first serve basis while supplies last.
Pre-Registration Entry Fees: $15.00 5K Race, $13.00 Kids Run, $52.00 Mud Run (per 4-person team), $15.00 Mud Run (for an individual runner). Entry fees and applications must be received or postmarked not later than September 11th.
After
September 11th Registration Entry Fees:
$18.00 5K Race, $15.00 Kids Run, $56.00 Mud Run (per 4-person team),
$17.00 Mud Run (per individual runner).
3 Mile MUD Run Teams: Teams may be all male, all female, or CO-ED with awards given accordingly. This race will be cross-country. The major mud pit will be at the end of the run and facilities for cleaning up will be available. (The starting line for TN High School Cross Country teams will be adjusted to 3.2 miles to meet 5K TSSAA requirements) On race day, all teams MUST be made up of 4 members or the entrants will be required to run as individuals and any team registered as all male or all female that substitutes a missing member with someone of the opposite gender, that team will be considered CO-ED.

Place: The Armed Forces Reserve Center in Gray near the Appalachian Fair Grounds.
Time:
Saturday, September 25th the 5-K run will start at 9:00 AM - The 1-mile
Kids’ Run will start at 10:15am with the MUD run to follow at 11:15am.
On-site
registration: In
order to start each race timely, on-site registration for the 5-K will end at
8:30 AM, the 1-mile Kids’ Run will end at 9:45 AM and the Mud Run will end at
10:45 AM.
Event:
This event always has been and always will be a
"Charity" event and will encourage runners of all abilities to
participate. These runs are for
fun/charity and will never become a "Runners Event". We intend
to make this race fun - before - during - and after the run. Food,
beverages and entertainment and over a 150 awards will be provided to various
groupings.
