Toys for Tots Mud, Sweat, and Cheers Event

Registration: A "T" shirt is guaranteed to all entrants who pre-register on
or before September 23, 2010. Make sure your size is selected on the
registration form. All other entrants will receive a "T" shirt based on a first
come, first serve basis while supplies last.
Pre-Registration Entry Fees: $20.00 5K Race, $15.00 Kids Run, $72.00 Mud Run (per 4-person team), $20.00 Mud Run (for an individual runner). Entry fees and applications must be received or postmarked not later than September 23rd. After September 11th Registration Entry Fees: $25.00 5K Race, $15.00 Kids Run, $92.00 Mud Run (per 4-person team), $25.00 Mud Run (per individual runner). 5k Road Race: This will be a road race through Downtown Kingsport. We plan to have this race certified by the day of the race. 1mi Kids Mud Run: This will be a children’s event ending in a dip into the mud pit. 5k MUD Run: This race will be cross-country for individuals and teams. There will be obstacles throughout the course with a mud pit at the end of the course. There will be outdoor showers available. Teams may be all male, all female, or CO-ED with awards given accordingly. On race day, all teams MUST be made up of 4 members or the entrants will be required to run as individuals and any team registered as all male or all female that substitutes a missing member with someone of the opposite gender, that team will be considered CO-ED. This is a new 5k course for all runners. Proceeds: Toys for Tots Place: Downtown Kingsport. (151 East Main Street, Kingsport, TN 37660) Time: Saturday, September 25th the 5k Road Race will start at 9:00 am. The 1-mile Kids’ Mud Run will start at 10:15 am with the 5k Mud Run to follow at 11:15 am. Registration and Runner Check-in begins at 8:00 am. On-site registration: In order to start each race timely, on-site registration for the 5-K will end at 8:30 AM, the 1-mile Kids’ Run will end at 9:45 AM and the Mud Run will end at 10:15 AM. Event: This event always has been and always will be a "Charity" event and will encourage runners of all abilities to participate. These runs are for fun/charity and will never become a "Runners Event". We intend to make this race fun - before - during - and after the run. Food, beverages and entertainment and over a 150 awards will be provided to various groupings.
