The League is a Veterans Organization composed of Marines,
Former-Marines, active
duty Marines, and Marine Reservists. The one and only membership qualification
is honorable service in excess of 90 days in the Marine Corps. This means
that regardless of rank held, regardless of when or where you served, or
what division or wing he/she served with, that Marine male or female, is
welcome. Navy Corpsmen that have served with Marines are also
eligible.

Marine Corps League Detachment Number 969
is located in Gray, Tennessee near the crossroads of I-81 and I-26. Gray is in the northeast area of
Tennessee known as Tri-Cities. Those Tri-Cities being Bristol.
Johnson City, and Kingsport. We meet in the Gray Community Center on
the second Tuesday of each month at 1900. The Community Center
is located next to the Gray Volunteer Fire Department. A link to the map
of the
area is provided at left.
